Before joining Stori, Kelly worked in community mental health, serving adolescents and young adults in individual and family settings. Kelly has also worked with a range of populations in group settings targeting addiction, anger management, assertiveness, and mindfulness.
Kelly tailors her psychodynamic approach to each individual and their goals, incorporating mindfulness-based stress reduction, somatic therapy, attachment theory, and family systems.
While Kelly enjoys working with all adults, her specific clinical interests include couples, co-parents, entertainment professionals, and new and expecting mothers.
Kelly believes that growth comes from a balance of tackling our short-term challenges while uncovering long-held patterns of thought and behavior. She considers it a privilege to work alongside her clients to find out what is possible when we make the decision to explore and evolve.
